The Crash Test Dummies, often referred to as the CTD is a Canadian Folk rock/alternative rock band. The group originated in Winnipeg, Manitoba, it consists of a Bass guitar, keyboards, harmonica, mandolin and drums/percussion. They are widely known for their 1993 song single "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm". Brad Roberts voice can be described as majestic baritone. The group started over 20 years ago producing 11 different albums one of which included a Christmas album. Throughout the years there has been some changes with the band but two people always appeared Brad Roberts and Ellen Reid who was responsible for the vocals and keyboard (Brace).
